Job Description

Main Roles & Responsibilities

  • Carry out cold calling, daily door-to-door canvasing, appointment setting in designated area assigned to you according to the KPI set
  • To win new customer accounts through strategic business development planning
  • Work closely with Inside Sales team, carry out door to door customer and prospect visit in the schedule timing
  • To understand prospect purchasing needs and present most suitable pricing and quotation offer
  • Initiate account creation for prospect using our internal sales tool following the company process and standard guideline
  • Understand well Lyreco business process flow to ensure correct business process is presented to the customer
  • To achieve monthly sales margin and target given
  • Carry out any other reasonable adhoc tasks assigned to you from time to time


  • Diploma / Degree in commerce, business administration or related
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, Solution Selling Skills, Proactive Listening skilll. Sales negotiation skills, Sales Pipeline Management skills
  • Active listening skills and proactive communication in verbal and written
  • Minimum 2years sales experience in B2B environment and managing SME business portfolio
  • Possess good self-discipline, aggressive, dauntless, determine to achieve.
  • Only candidate eligible to work in Singapore will be reviewed

Salary package offer ranging from $2500 - $3800 (basic salary & fix allowance) + commission
