Job Description

Main Accountabilities

• Maintain the general ledger and ensuring all transactions are timely and accurately posted
• Ensure all transactions are allocated to the appropriate accounts and cost centers
• Perform period closing adjustments and accruals, such as Interco transaction, Prepaid amortization, etc.
• Perform period closing SAP program run, such as Depreciation run
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation for assigned GL accounts
• Manage Delivery costing, keeping track of insurance cost, renewal of contacts
• Maintain relationship and deal with banks for all banking transactions

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years working expense in Accounting fields
• Good knowledge in Accounting standard (IFRS) and be able to perform proper reconciliations
• Communication skill, Negotiation skill, Interpersonal skill
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
• Availability, thoroughness, and honesty.
• Analytical, Problem solving, and Decision-making skill

• English in communication
• SAP experience is a plus
