Lyreco Benelux serves over 4500 customers each day , mainly from its warehouse in Vottem (near Liège), and via deliveries directly from our suppliers to our customers.
We manage the demand & supply for a product portfolio of ~30000 SKU's. At the moment we have ~14M€ worth of inventory in our Vottem warehouse. With a team of over 130 people, we ship over 5M order lines every year. The number of SKU's and stock level will increase in the coming years, as we are expanding our offering.
The DC of Vottem ships over 1,2M deliveries, mostly to our dedicated cross docking points in Benelux, where over 200 drivers are picking them up for delivery to our customers.
Next to what we ship from the Vottem DC, we also have deliveries directly from the Intersafe warehouse in Dordrecht and from some key suppliers, to our customers.
We have ambitious plans for growth. An important enabler for that is scaling up our processes, optimizing our operational performance and completing the integration of activities between our different business lines.
To achieve this we are looking for a Supply Chain Integration Project Manager.
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional with a solid hands on knowledge of order management and planning processes, as well as strong analytical skills.

Reports to Supply Chain Director Benelux
Location: Flexible: Dordrecht, Utrecht, Berchem, Vottem. Regular presence in these locations will be required.
Contract: Fixed term contract, Freelance – expected duration ~1 year
Time regime: To be determined (full time, part time)
What does your day look like?
Manage End to End improvement of Customer Experience
Establish single source of truth for E2E performance
Together with various stakeholders perform a Root Cause Analysis
Identify and realize Actions for improvement
Demand planning
Portfolio management
Inventory
Supply Planning
Sourcing
Manage Integration activities
Review key Supply Chain processes and organization, propose organization model & prepare/lead transition of people, processes & tools with a focus on improving Customer Experience & Operational efficiency
Go To Market, Analyse flows, Simulate options and establish proposals/business case for optimization of specific product ranges
Follow up time planning, risks, opportunities, act as escalation point & ensure to connect different parts of the organisation
Co-ordinate stakeholders including Lyreco BNL teams, Group staff, IT, External consultants and suppliers, in the implementation of the various changes/optimisations. Change management:
Active communication
Where required establish new processes - document & train in a collaborative mode
Measure impact of implemented operations
Support projects, initiatives and initiatives within Supply Chain and other departments

Who are we looking for
Language knowledge : Dutch, English (mandatory), French (nice to have)
You have a university/engineering degree in an operational field, ideally Supply Chain Management.
Solid Experience with Planning, Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Customer Experience
Strong verbal and visual communication skills, ability to connect with different levels of the organisation.
High level of creativity, a proactive mindet, and strong ability to deliver in an autonomous yet collaborative way.
Strong analytical skills. Good business acumen. Insight in financial metrics.
You are expert in use of standard office tools, including superior knowledge of Excel.
Ideally also SAP Hands-on switching easily between roles of co-ordination and leading, and analysis & contribution.
You have a good sense of organisation and you have no difficulty prioritising your tasks.

Involved in & managed > 3-5 projects of implementation of new processes, equipment , ERP, APS, planning systems
