Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and publishing job advertisements
  • Communication with candidates
  • Administering the data in our recruitment system and other HR systems
  • Taking care of employee referral program
  • Supporting organization in internal trainings – communication with trainers, creating invitations and evaluation questionnaires
  • Creating reports and taking part in HR interesting projects

Our requirements:

  • Proven interest in HR area (for example related studies or student’s projects, volunteer experience, apprenticeship)
  • Good English – written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to self-organize own work
