What does your day look like?

Lyreco Benelux is a leading distributor of office supplies, workplace solutions, and services to businesses across the Benelux region.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our growing team in Vottem, close to Luik. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to motivate and inspire a team of customer service representatives.

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives in providing excellent customer service through phone, email and chat support

  • Ensure team members are meeting individual and team goals for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction

  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to support team members' development

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner

  • Participate in recruitment and hiring of new team members and conduct training to onboard new hires

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the customer experience

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Trilingual: NL/FR/ENG

  • Ability to analyze data and use it to drive performance improvements

  • Experience in training and coaching team members

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
