To plan, execute, report and optimize all marketing campaigns. You will schedule, track and deliver critical marketing campaigns on time to support the company sales and customer growth. You are responsible in keeping time on critical timelines/deliverables of new and existing integrated marketing campaigns.

• Partner with the customer marketing manager in developing creative content and design ideas with internal designers and copywriters. 
• Managing activation and execution of email marketing campaigns that drives loyalty and product demand. 
• Manage video shooting of social media videos that will drive follows, likes and engagements. 
• Manage photo shooting for marketing campaigns, new product updates, and social media postings.
• Support marketing team in finalizing campaign price and promotion setup within SAP.
• Testing and optimization of marketing tactics and content through data driven analysis.
• To analyse and forecast campaign initiative; track and measure each campaign effectiveness to ensure ROI to the company. 
• Proactively engage with the sales teams to communicate, coordinate, and optimize the impact of marketing campaign activities.
• All other adhoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time.

QUALIFICATION 

• Degree in Marketing or Business or a combination of education and experience in related field 
• Planning skills, customer analytical skills, SAP user 
• Good English verbal and written skills 
• 3 years working experience in marketing campaign and promotion function with minimum 1 year working in B2B business environment .
• Basic salary range between RM2600 - RM3000 with incentives.
• Candidates who has fully vaccinated and eligible to work in Johor will be considered.
