Corporate Sales Support Executive

Telford

Salary – Up to £25k per annum (DOE)

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday (min. 3 days per week office based)

Lyreco have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Corporate team as a Sales Support Executive.  This role is integral in providing support with analysis of data and utilisation of a CRM system to put together reports to support the sales team.

As a Sales Support Executive your responsibilities are:

• Deliver analysis and feedback on the data and identifying issues and communicating them to the sales management team
• Support the Head of Commercial Bids & Support on specific projects incorporating commercial and business analysis
• Providing accurate monthly data
• Checking integrity of data fed into CRM
• Preparing reports, manuals, videos and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software

The ideal Sales Support Executive will:

• Be educated to degree level in Business Studies
• Demonstrable experience of analysing data and producing high levels of accuracy
• Capable of multitasking and organising time effectively to meet deadlines
• Excellent Microsoft knowledge in particular Excel to create management reports, pricing files, CSV files and Pivot Tables
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to commercially interpret information and propose solutions
• Ability to plan & co-ordinate in an efficient manner so that results are achieved within set timelines and to the required standard
