Role Responsibility
- Study market trends, customer needs and feedback, competitive environment for identifying customer insights, gaps that could lead to key potential business opportunities
- Develop and own the year-round customer marketing calendar with themes, content and communication materials to ensure effective customer communications across omni-channels
- Develop go-to-market plan and customer marketing plans with seamless implementation to achieve targets
- Build sound commercial business cases and customer sell-in pitches in collaboration with sales, digital marketing and product marketing team to deliver the plans
- Drive CRM along the customer journey to deliver excellent experience that could bring conversion, retention, and loyalty
- Lead marketing campaign and PR event for brand awareness and lead generation
The Ideal Candidate
- University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin being desirable
- Solid commercial sense and business acumen
- Good analytical and presentation skills & attention to details
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Team-player with Creativity, Passion for growth
