A travers cette alternance, vous aurez l’opportunité de découvrir le fonctionnement concret d’un département RH en entreprise et de mettre en pratique vos compétences techniques au travers de projets internationaux et challengeants.

En tant qu’alternant, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

• Participation et soutien aux process de recrutement
• Gestion des relations et partenariats écoles
• Gestion de la partie administrative et logistique des formations
• Communication RH (création de supports d’information, préparation des communications,…)
• Création et mise à jour de politiques et process RH

Qui êtes vous ?

Si vous …

• Etes en préparation d’un Master type école de commerce ou RH,
• Avez un bon niveau en anglais (à l’oral comme à l’écrit)
• Avez une aisance rédactionnelle et orale,
• Etes à l’aise avec les différents types d’outils de communication,
• Etes proactif et motivé à développer vos compétences,
• Etes en capacité de suivre cette alternance en présentiel à Marly dans le Nord (à deux pas de Valenciennes) …

In Marly (59 - near Valenciennes), we are looking for a dynamic, rigorous and curious apprentice to strengthen our HR team.

Who are we? 

Lyreco is a family business with 11,000 employees, including 2,000 in France, the European leader and the third largest distributor in the world specialized in distribution of products and services for the work environment. 

What we offer

Through this apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to discover how concretely an HR department in a company is working and to put your technical skills into practice through international and challenging projects.

As an apprentice, your main tasks will be the following:

• Participation in recruitment processes
• Schools relations and partnerships
• Administrative follow-up and logistic support for trainings
• HR communication (creation of information supports, preparation of communications, …)
• Creation and update of HR policies and processes

Who are you?

If you …

• Are preparing a Master's degree in business school or HR,
• Have a good level in English (oral and written),
• Have good writing and speaking skills,
• Are comfortable with different types of communication tools,
• Are proactive and motivated to develop your skills,
• Are able to follow this apprenticeship physically in Marly (North of France, close to Valenciennes) …
