Leading and spreading Quality Assurance approach across corporate organization

Shaping the testing team according to the needs of the projects and products
Improvement of delivering processes inside the organization
Participation in recruitment processes
Qualifications & skills:
Minimum 5 years managing or leading different QA teams, preferably in ecommerce projects and corporate environment
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Strong technical skills around QA, technical background in manual and automated testing
Proven experience with building quality strategies, plans, processes and way of working
Experience with various agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD testing
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Leadership and teamwork skills to build positive relationships within QA community
Excellent interpersonal skills that helps to build a vision and spreading QA mindset across the company
Ability to develop engagement and build trust
Familiarity with at least one object-oriented programming language, preferably Java
Experience with automation test suites, such as Selenium, TestNG, Maven, RestAssured
ISTQB® Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL-TM) certification
Knowledge of behavior-driven development (BDD) methodology.
