After joining the UN Global Compact in 2004, Lyreco really put CSR at the core of its corporate strategy in 2012, by launching Eco-Future 2012-2018, its 1st CSR plan.

Since 2019, our new Corporate Social Responsibility strategy has evolved around 6 guiding principlesethics and sustainability in the supply chaingovernance and risk management and contribution to the community are now dedicated guiding principles besides environment, economics and people.

In 2017, a materiality matrix featuring our key stakeholders posed some extra challenges. These led us to an even stronger CSR commitment and the identification of 11 clear priorities on which we have built our 6 guiding pillars, in effect since January 2019.
