Customer Marketing Manager

  • Develop all team members for professionalism, knowledge growth, and their productivity towards company success.

  • Build a strong awareness of customer thinking and customer focus within the team.

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on research/insights.

  • Translate finding into an actionable customer marketing plan.

  • Lead the team in achieving to company objective, ensure time line on all campaign and projects are met

  • Fully accountable on the ROI of all marketing campaign. This includes budget management, campaign effectiveness.

  • To influence product management team by providing strong consumer insight information; ensuring product management and customer marketing decision is fully meeting our customer's needs

  • Develop effective monitoring and optimizing working system to ensure the achievement of objective

  • Contribute to the development or improvement to the business growth strategies through customer acquisition, penetration and retention strategies

  • Strong working collaboration with all managers cross function to drive operation efficiency and effectiveness

  • Focus on digital marketing and e-commerce

  • All other adhoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time

Skills & Requirement:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business or a combination of education and experience in a related field

  • SAP user , high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Strong supplier sourcing skills, good data analysis skills, project management skills, interview skills. employee coaching skills 

  • Effective communicator; well verse in verbal and written communication in English

  • 5years working experience in marketing related role with minimum 1year in within marketing sales / marketing campaign management experience in Office Supplies/FMCG/Consumer Products markets

  • Minimum 1year working experience in the following tools/system:

-Google PPC, digital ads

-Facebook & LinkedIn, social media

-ELOQUA email marketing

-SAP/Vistex

-Wordpress

-Shopify

-And some other digital marketing related software, you should be a quick self learner for all the new tool emerging every months.
