Junior Customer Service Agent

Your responsibilities:

  • Entry of defined written orders in SAP
  • Procedural handling of detection obstacles
  • Creating Goods Recipients in SAP
  • Processing RIO transactions in SAP
  • Processing all orders in accordance with Customer Service SLAs
  • Managing ad hoc requests and tasks in a timely manner as required

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in the field of economics/ logistics/ management of enterprises
  • Communicative English (at least B1)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft applications
  • High service orientation
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Excellent work organization
  • Self-motivation and team-orientation
  • Availability 40h/week

Optional:

  • German language is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
