Lyreco code of ethics
Our Code of Ethics is an expression of who we are and how we do business at Lyreco. It applies in all our activities, wherever we operate, at any time.
It relies on four guiding principles : our people, our business integrity, our products and assets, and our societal engagement.

At Lyreco, we strive to provide a healthy and safe environment that makes our people feel secure, protected and cared for. We foster Respect as a key value in all our practices, welcoming and supporting our diverse teams.
Our business integrity
Beyond compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we put Business Integrity at tthe heart of the principles we share with our business partners and our people, applying zero tolerance on any form of corruption, fraud, conflict of interest, influence peddling.
We also apply the highest ethical standards to the relationships our people build with our stakeholders to ensure trustful relationships based on mutual respect for integrity

At Lyreco, we ensure that all the products we deliver to our customers meet the highest standards in terms of quality, safety and environment.
We work exclusively with business partners sharing the same ambitions for product excellence.
Our societal commitment
Protecting and caring for others and the environment is key at Lyreco. We foster sustainable and responsible corporate behaviour, encouraging others to do the same.
We strive to contribute to the solution of societal challenges through our CSR approach, by raising our people and business partners' awareness of more responsible practices, offering our customers sustainable products and solutions, and continuously improving our operational processes..
Raising awareness
Ensuring strict adherence to ethical business practices in all Lyreco activities, by all employees and with all our business partners is an ongoing concern.
In 2020, Lyreco has therefore strengthened its ethics and compliance management and communication process, through an extended Ethics and Compliance Committee, the nomination of a Group Compliance officer and dedicated Ethics Referents in all Lyreco subsidiaries, a reinforced Code of Ethics and Business conduct and the improvement of the “Raise your concern” system.
Compliance within Supply Chain
Lyreco is compliant with the latest Ethical legal requirements i.e.
• French Duty of Care
• Norwegian Transparency Act
• Germany Supply Chain Act
Factories producing own branded products have to be yearly audited on Social & Environmental aspects. In line with worldwide standards, we comply with:
• BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative)
• SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange)
• ISO 14001 (Environment Management System)
Ask questions and raise your concerns help us to protect our culture of integrity
We aim to prevent and detect any ethical breach so that we can take the appropriate measures, remedy the situation, and ensure that the behaviours and actions are fully consistent with our values.
Our Raise your concern tool is available for all Lyreco employees and external partners. We encourage you to discuss, ask for advice, raise questions, share your concerns and report any actual or potential ethical breach.
Lyreco ethics and compliance governance
To ensure better alertness, consistency, and efficiency in all ethics and compliance matters, we have strengthened and harmonized our unique ethics and compliance vision. This led to the creation of the Group Ethics and Compliance Committee, the nomination of a Ethics Compliance Manager and dedicated Ethics Referents in all Lyreco subsidiaries.
