Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that accounting posting entry and record are accurate and following the corporate procedures
• Review and reconcile all open items in balance sheet
• Raise and monitor supplier and customer rebated accruals and payments
• Ensure accurate and timely payments run
• Cash management and validation
• Ensure full compliance with related laws and regulations i.e. taxation, business licenses, etc.
• Ensure proper insurance scheme for the company's assets and operations
• Review and analysis of financial statements and other financial reports as required
• Coordinate with Revenue Department and relevant tax authorities when necessary
• Prepare all statutory and other financial reports as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and related field
• Strong experience in monthly/yearly closing in MNC
• Experience in Team Management
• Very good English skills
• Good knowledge of Tax related laws and regulations
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft office
• Having experiences in SAP is a plus
