In order to contribute to the culture of innovation within Lyreco, we created an Innovation lab to materialize what we do at Innovation: Explore and experiment the future of work and stimulate the creation of initiatives. This lab is animated in seasons of 2 months, each season focusing on one trend impacting the ways of working (6 trends, analyzed in Lyreco Innovation website ourfutureworks.com). Visitors will be able to discover the trend, test a set of 5-6 innovative products and learn about Innovation at Lyreco.
The first season, focusing on the “Work Well” trend, will run from June to early August 2021. Second season will start in September 2021.
Mission :
As a Junior Innovation project manager, you will be in charge of the Innovation Lab project, contributing to spread the innovation culture within Lyreco and developing the culture of initiatives of Lyreco employees. You will coordinate the preparation and running of the thematic seasons, from sourcing products and startups to animation of the lab. Operationally based in the Lab in our Headquarters in Marly, you will be the point of contact to visitors, sharing insights on the products showcased, on innovation.
In a nutshell, you will:
Source innovative products and services to showcase in the lab
Scout startups in relation with our 6 innovation trends
Create communication materials, animate the lab digitally on our internal social media WorkPlace by Facebook
Organize 2 to 3 experts’ talks per season
Document your work to make the lab duplicable in other Lyreco countries.
Organize the rollout of the lab in other Lyreco countries

You study business at minimum Bachelor degree and can justify 2 successful internships
