We are hiring a HR Business Partner !
As HR Business Partner you are the point of contact for your business units (blue and white collars) and you are easily accessible for HR related matters. You act as a sparring partner and confidant for the managers in the field of recruitment & selection, development, performance management, motivation, evaluation, well-being and retention of our people. You are the link between management, HR and employees to develop, implement and iteratively follow up strategy HR programs and initiatives, with the aim of helping to achieve business objectives.
You execute and follow up on the HR processes and policies and take an advisory role towards the management team. You can design, improve and implement new HR processes & projects and you collaborate closely with the other HR Business Partners at Lyreco Benelux and other colleagues of your department (HR Officer, Talent Manager, Learning & Development department, prevention advisors).
A successful HR BP positions him/herself as a champion among employees, is someone who initiates innovation and at the same time meets HR-related needs.
Your responsibilities (not limitative):
Work and partner with management to develop and implement customised strategic HR plans. Provide strategic HR management support to various leadership teams in line with business objectives.
You develop the HR agenda, HR strategies, policies and practices.
Partnering with hiring managers to identify current and future needs in personnel (in close collaboration with Talent & Acquisition Manager).
Use HR data to drive a culture of continuous improvement whilst proactively identifying trends which can improve people and business performance. Set up a set of key leading HR metrics in support of the business.
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives (the Future of Work program, employer branding, onboarding project, local surveys, employee portal, Lyreco Cares program, wellbeing & retention, …) with the HR Benelux team and you contribute to a positive corporate culture.
Document HR actions by completing forms, reports and records as needed.
Who are you?
You have a relevant master's degree in human resources/law or a related field.
Excellent proficiency with digital tools (knowledge of Workday & SAP HR is an asset).
You have at least 3-5 years of experience in an HR business partner role.
You have the ability to think longer term while acting on short term goals.
You are a change agent: you have the ability to take care of ambiguity and support teams through change.
You have excellent facilitation, influencing and effective communication skills among diverse audiences.
You have authentic, integer and people oriented professional whose personal values are aligned with the company culture.
You have strong leadership skills, a proactive nature and problem-solving skills.
You are known for your inspiring personality and your strong collaboration and change management capabilities (excellent people skills).
You have strong analytical skills, you are highly organized and have a meticulous attention to details.
And of course you speak Dutch, French and English fluently.
