Category Executive

Telford

Salary - Up to £23k per annum (DOE)

Hours of work - 9.00am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) + company benefits, laptop, life insurance, employee discounts etc

We have an exciting opportunity for a Category Support Executive – Managed Print to join our Tech and Print Category Team, based at our Head office in Telford.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Support the product manager and print manager on managed print opportunities
  • Sourcing the most suitable product  for bespoke print products - to match the customer’s request in relation to product specification and price and responding within the agreed targeted timescale
  • Day to day support for the sales teams
  • Support the product manager and print manager on marketing and trade activity to internally and externally promote the Managed Print Service
  • Management of our SAP database for managed print products
  • Customer database management
  • Management of new customer onboarding
  • Contracts management
  • Product bible and pricing management
  • Stock lifecycle management
  • To assist with resolving queries generated by the Replenishment Department such as invoice queries and price discrepancies
  • To resolve price discrepancies with Suppliers and ensure that the SAP system is accurate at all times

Ideal Candidate will be:

  • Well organised with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Analytical, with the ability to work with numbers and attention to details
  • First class IT and communication skills
  • Sound commercial instincts
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration and/or minimum 2 years’ related experience
  • Experience of working within a Print or Managed Print Services would be advantageous
