Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our Customer Care Team, based at our Head Office in Telford.

You are passionate about delivering a best-in-class customer experience to drive loyalty and sales. We have a vacancy for Customer Service Team Leader to join our Customer Care Team to manage day to day activity and development of a team of customer care advisors, within the WISE customer care team.

You will need to demonstrate your communication abilities. You will be comfortable in performance management and managing escalated calls. You will have a strong personality; a cheeky sense of fun and social skills is a must. You will possess good analytic skills, and ability to quickly build a rapport with our customers.
