We are looking for Release Management Intern in IT eCommerce Team. You will actively support Release Manager who is responsible for the process of managing, planning and scheduling the rollout of eCommerce platforms and releases of new functionalities to the production environment. Your role will be to support the Release Manager in the day-to-day operational work by collaborating with Dev and QA teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters & Business.

We are looking for a long-term internship, ideally for a minimum of 6 months.
Working schedule can be adapted accordingly with your student agenda.
Main Accountabilities
Assist the Release Manager in the following areas
Sprint Life Cycle
Release Deployment Activities and Dependencies Management
Sprint / Release Technical activities
Risk / Issue Management
Support Sprint / Release Cycle key events
Production Release Gatekeeping (Quality)
Additionally, you will collaborate on daily basis with the eCommerce IT Ops Team (Service Manager, SREs, Support Engineers).
Qualifications and Skills
Fluency in English written and spoken min. C1 (English is official Business language)
Basic knowledge about Scrum, Agile and IT technologies in general
Detail-oriented and well-organized approach
Proactive personality
Self-starter and keen to always learn new things
Self-motivated with willingness to raise ideas and take initiatives
Familiarity with ITIL framework and Jira & Confluence tools will be a plus
