Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Winning new customer accounts through strategic business development planning
  • Perform an outbound call to customer under the vacant territories.
  • Influences customers to buy products and to give product information and price quotations.
  • To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number)
  • To attend customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints
  • To monitor the new account creation under vacant territories and work closely with the ASM
  • To execute any promotion implemented by Marketing/Sales for re-activation or existing customer under the vacant territories.
  • Provide excellent customer experience and maintain high level of service and professionalism at all times
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

INSIDE SALES SKILLS:

  • Results Driven, Persistence, Time Management, Telephone Sales, Customer Service, Selling to Customer Needs, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales, Handles Rejection, Professionalism, Product Knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as personal training is provided.
  • Over 2 year of relevant experience in handling outbound calls/Telemarketing/Telesales is a plus
  • Office tools knowledge
  • Good written & spoken English skills.
  • This position internally known as Field Inside Sales Representative.
