We are thrilled to announce that Lyreco Thailand has been recently recognized as Top Employer 2021.
This is the first year Lyreco Thailand received this Top Employer country-level accreditation.
What is Top Employer?
Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices.
The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey.
This survey covers 6 HR domains consisting of 20 topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion and more.
The programme has certified and recognised more than 1 600 Top Employers in 120 countries/regions across five continents.
Why did we pursue
Top Employer award?
Following our successes in achieving 3 international management systems standards as follows: ISO9001, ISO14001, and newly added in last year ISO45001, we are proud to be certified of these accreditations which focus on quality, environmental impact, and occupational health and safety.
One of our main priority at Lyreco Thailand is about our people. In the past 2 years, we had been exploring the ways to boost up employee engagement and satisfaction level.
We listened to our employees and brought in many new initiatives to create a happy workplace environment and make everyday at work fun.
To measure the effectiveness of all initiatives, we statistically tracked the employees turnover rate every month. Starting from 50% 12-month accumulated turnover rate at the beginning of year 2019, this number had been reducing down to 22% recently.
In addition, we measured our employees satisfaction level in the annual engagement level survey. The recent survey result in 2020 shows that your employees are satisfied in working at Lyreco Thailand for 91%, the highest ever in our history.
Yes, we know we are doing fine and our people are happy. However, we want an official proof from trustworthy global benchmark not just us saying we are good.
Therefore, we found the Top Employers Institute and decided to pursue this accreditation journey with them.
