Be the key conduit between Senior Management, Cross functional SMT/Teams, KAMs and CORP accounts clients (PICs) to lead Singapore CORP Reset 2.0 action plans implementation, rigorous KPIs measurement, continuous creative solution's to deliver successful completion of project. Continuous elevation of SiMa organization-wide stakeholders' prioritization, commitment and support towards the project fruition. Share best practices among cross functional SMT/Teams, KAMs and clients to accelerate reset 2.0 positive results and outcomes.
  • Implement and rigorously measure outcomes of customer journey workflow process between Sales, CS and all other key cross functional SMT/teams.  
  • On-going measurement of KAMs' workload and available time for clients' meet-ups, hierachy and pricing cleaning and accounts development activities. 
  • Establish clearly diagnosed and detailed support (by accounts) to accelerate CORP accounts A/ Hierachy establishment & B/ Pricing set-up among all KAMs. 
  • Implement clear weekly tracker(s) and KPI measurements to drive accountability and commitment towards CORP accounts fully validated clean up status.
  • Elevate cross functional SMT/Teams priority on customer processes improvement - ensure stakeholders' full ownership of key customer touchpoints. 
  • In-charge of tracking and measurement of customer's satisfaction, effective and efficient tackling of complaints and ultimately drive customers win/retention.
  • Consistently organizing for SMT/Team members coming together to tackle high-touch, high frequency customers' issues with clear sustained resolutions
