As a Senior Business Analyst, your main role is to ensure that the product aligns with business objectives and meets user needs, by translating business needs into functional requests.

In close collaboration with the Product Owner, you will act as the focal point between the business stakeholders, end users & the technology team.

You make sure the system requirements are understandable & acceptable to IT developers, assisting the users with testing activities.

Key tasks include:

  • Analyze the stakeholders needs

  • Translate user requirement into functional design specifications in the form of process flows & use cases

  • Refine specifications with technical teams to ensure they are clear and aligned with business goals

  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements

  • Examine current business procedures and recommends new ones from the company strategy

  • Support new processes by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, and supporting the PO / PM by writing scope of work / Users Stories

  • Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows.

  • Improve systems by studying current system practices and modification design

  • Define requirements and support the Product Owner setup milestones

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Support the testing phase, bringing a cross functional view

  • Validate that the delivered product meets the acceptance criteria and aligns with the original business requirements

  • Describe the business flows with an easy reading mindset

  • Communicate actively on business process modifications to Business Owners

Experience and skills:

  • Fluent in English

  • Minimum 5 years as Business Analyst, Product Owner or Project Manager

  • Strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen

  • Experience working in complex IT projects following Scrum/ Agile methodology

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence or similar tools for process tracking

  • Very good communication & presentation skills

  • “Can do” mindset

  • Experience in process flow mapping & driving process optimization is a plus

  • Experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus

  • Experience with marketing and optimization tools, Content Management Systems or Digital Experience Platforms is a plus

  • Available for travel in Europe up to 4 times/year
