Product Content Data Analyst
Main Accountabilities:
In the scope of a project on Lyreco product content management, we are moving from a localized data (meaning each country can set up its own data) to a single common data. To do so, we need to harmonize the product content across all our countries.
The process of data validation consists of:
• Analysis of the current product content and associated data.
• Validation of the “single data” to use.
• Preparation of excel files to inform the countries which data will be kept.
• Collection of the subsidiaries’ feedbacks (and follow up).
• Consolidation of all feedbacks.
• Confirmation and/or validation of the final data to use (based on subsidiaries’ and/or suppliers’ feedbacks if needed).
• Share the final excel file to our IT team for upload.
