Main areas of responsibilities - (1) sales force management, (2) development & implementation of market strategies and (3) deployment of marketing activities (4) achieving the business and sales target

To lead, motivate and manage the sales team of Account Managers, who permanently acquire new businesses and develop the active customers’ portfolio
Toimproveteamqualityandexpertisethroughfirstclasspracticeintheareasoftraining, coaching, motivation and regular team / individual meetings
ToacquireandlookaftermajorclientsincoordinationwithresponsibleAccountManagers
Elaboration and updating of sales strategy and its correct implementation throughtheSalesteam
Closemonitoringofcompetitors‘activities/products,services,prices,promotions.../
Monitor market changes and market needs
Cooperation with the other Sales Managers for effective work in order to utilize synergies at a high level, in accordance with the goal of the company
Cooperation on planning of marketing activities, promotions internally with Lyreco and Nespresso Marketing coordinators and with external partners
Efficientusageofpromotionsandparticipationintradefairs/customerevents
Tosecureproperbudgetingprocessofteamandindividualgoals(sales,newcustomers,margin)
Permanentmonitoringandcalculationofbudgetachievementanddevelopment
Elaboration and updating of conceptual presentations and reporting’s with the assistance of Sales support coordinator

Min 3 years job experience in high level commercial position
Premium brand background or marketing experience is an advantage
Highly result oriented person with hunter drive & abilities to win new business
Independent manager with strong commercial skills
Ability to think strategically and act operationally
Good motivator with high level presentations skills
Structured, logical and business oriented mindset
Active English language (speaking and writing) is a must
Native Hungarian
