Lyreco Thailand announces achievements and pride. It is the third consecutive year that we have been certified as an outstanding employer in Thailand which is inspected and certified by the Top Employer Institute with the same standards around the world.
The Top Employer 2023 award, Lyreco Thailand achieved better achievement scores than the previous year. The overall score was the highest in the dimension of "development" in all 3 main areas, namely Employee Performance Management, Professional Development, and Promotion of Employee Learning
This is in line with the feedback from employees themselves in our annual employee survey towards the end of 2022, which showed that we scored an increase from the previous year in terms of “Development and Career” as well
