As Manager Continuous Improvement, you play a vital role in driving and implementing process improvements across the Benelux organization. You collaborate with various teams to identify frictions, validate solutions with customers, and lead the implementation of changes. Additionally, you provide training and support to internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving change and optimizing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Continuous Improvement team, providing guidance and support in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and analyze existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable plans.
  • Work closely with customers to gather feedback and validate proposed solutions, ensuring customer-centricity in process improvements.
  • Drive the implementation of changes, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and adherence to new processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate and empower employees on new processes and tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, identifying further areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement methodologies.

Role Specific

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and departments.
