This customer-centric and data-driven role at one of Thailand’s largest purely B2B online distributors, leads a team of marketing executives who design, manage, and execute primarily email and online marketing programs, as well as owning the sales lead management function which generates qualified sales leads. Working cross-functionally your team of marketeers and customer experience professionals, who are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences though use of data and accurate insight, are responsible for the planning, execution, and measurement of promotional B22B campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive incremental sales.

Main Accountabilities

  • Managing a team of CRM and Lead Management Executives who oversee marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Participate in prompt and accurate communication across multiple departments: sales, marketing, customer service, merchandising, and supply chain as well as extensive contact in English language with the overseas offices of Lyreco
  • Develop & manage promotional email programs with an emphasis to drive retention, engagement, incremental orders, and revenue,
  • Use existing customer data to gain new leads and potential customers whilst expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Design and implement campaigns in our marketing automation solution tool, Eloqua, with a customer-first approach to all email experiences.
  • Leverage customer and commercial data to drive personalized and contextual experiences to increase conversion and success rates.
  • Drive continuous improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and all commercial results.
  • Experience and understanding of SEM & SEO and the key drivers of both.
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts, analyse campaign performance, and identify improvements.
  • Keeping up to date on online marketing &  email best practices, technologies, and trends.

Qualifications and Skills

  • People management experience
  • A passion and track record for customer-centric marketing with an outstanding attention to detail, result Interpretation and identifying insights through data.
  • Experience of email and/or direct marketing experience; (e-commerce environment) preferred
  • Bachelors degree, Masters a plus.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing campaigns through a marketing automation tool (Eloqua preferred).
  • Understanding of Customer Data and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English & Thai with the ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions.
  • Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail.
