Main Accountabilities

·       Level 2 Support, FAQ/ General Support for local Key Users, Admin in local configuration

·       Functional set up and configuration (no test & validation required)

·       Manage users and access rights and satisfaction follow-up

·       Provide and maintain documentation and procedures for Level 1 and training  material

·       Animate local key users community and related instances

·       IT Policy Compliance, Tool usage & Business KPIs follow-up

·       Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancements/upgrades

Professional qualification

• Minimum 2 Years’ experience in Sales Force Automation support or development
• Fluent business English (written and spoken)
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
• Strong BI skills
