Who you are?

• A Manager, who is passionate about ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
• Software Quality oriented, you make sure that quality is baked in from the start in what we are delivering.
• Leader ensuring support for QA Community members and managers outside the department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading and spreading Software Quality principles and approach within the organization
• Providing best practices for the company
• Shaping the testing team according to the needs of the projects and products Improvement of delivering processes inside the organization
• Leading recruitment processes for different profiles associated to the QA environment

Qualifications & skills:

• Minimum 5 years managing or leading teams
• Strong knowledge on SDLC steps
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, both written and verbal
• Strong technical skills around QA
• Proven experience with building quality strategies, plans, processes and way of working
• Experience with various agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD testing
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Leadership and teamwork skills to build positive relationships within QA community
• Excellent interpersonal skills that helps to build a vision and spreading QA mindset across the company
• Ability to develop engagement and build trust

• Experience in leading implementation of way
• Certification(s) in accordance with the QA domain, SDLC jobs, management or Project Management
