Your missions:

The role in a few words…

… is to supervise the activity and business objectives of several LYRECO subsidiaries, in line with our GREAT26 strategy. It is also about providing support to the local Managing Directors to develop profitable sales growth and increase the market share on their perimeter.
    
This role involves extensive travel and as part of the Group Executive Team, contribution to achieving our GREAT26 strategy.

Providing clear and relevant objectives to the local Managing Directors to ensure budget and alignment with the GREAT26 strategy.

Ensuring local business strategies and acknowledging local situation and opportunities.

Motivating, developing, and supporting local Managing Directors and their senior management teams (SMTs) in each country of the Zone. 

Being the facilitator with relevant Group functions to provide support processes and procedures.
Embodying a role model concerning the values, ethics, and standards of Lyreco.

A Strong interest and knowledge of B2B sales and marketing sectors coupled with an outstanding strategic business sense, achievement oriented and customer service focused.

Leadership, planning, organization, and skills development, are all notions that you are passionate about

You are familiar with international aspect and exposure; besides you are fluent in English.

On top of that you are a strong and effective communicator, motivated by people development and team building. Your high energy levels and positive charisma is not is no longer to be proven.
