• Optimize your product range within your category to achieve the business goals and maximizing return on investment. Discovering products that are valuable, usable and feasible for our customers, additionally ensuring our sales force are equipped with a competitive product offering to go to market with.

1) Insight Generation

Gather information and undertake analysis of consumer trends, customers,market changes and business outcomes.  Determine actionable insights that feed valuable category strategies.

2) Category strategy and planning (Food & Catering category)

 Devise and implement strategies that support Lyreco’s marketing strategy and category insights, to achieve balanced sales and margin growth for and across agreed categories.

3) Supplier management and selection

Manage profitable and supportive supplier relationships in order to define efficient action plan to drive the mutual sales of supplier and Lyreco

Negotiate Business Supplier Agreement including our general terms and conditions and our commercial agreement (pricing, back end program conditions...)

4) Product management in the on-line mall and off line site

Define the product file database, displaying in On & off line in line with category strategy.

• Preferential treatment :FMCG market merchandiser experience
• Preferential treatment: Snack Subscription business experience
• Preferential treatment :Fluent in English
• Experience: Product sourcing related experiences over 5 years
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Service-oriented

• Highly proficient in MS Office
• Education: bachelor’s degree or above
