Job Description

Reporting to the AR Leader the Collector is responsible for improving customer

ageing.

Main Accountabilities

_ Maximize cash collection and improve the customer ageing

_ Pro-actively manage customer accounts

_ Ensure compliance with the Group policies and procedures

_ Provide appropriate key indicators and reports for management

_ Manage telephonic and email relations with customers in an efficient and professional manner

_ Understand customer organizations and processes

_ Manage the resolution of non-commercial disputes

_ Effectively communicate with the sales departments

_ Continuous update and improvement of customer information database
