Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Increase Customer lifetime value

  • Define and coordinate with all stakeholders, promotional campaigns, based on a dedicated campaign calendar across all departments and all customers touch points
  • Supervise promotional material production with the graphic designer

Develop new business acquisition

  • Lead and initiate digital marketing strategies that will drive leads acquisition, digital channel utilization as well as brand awareness, targeting all stages of the funnel and with a methodological approach (calendar, reporting, test and learn)
  • Manage paid activities including managing budget, running campaign directly into tools like Adwords and other back ends platforms and/or managing of an agency
  • Actively drive SEO strategy and optimization through support to Content manager to do product content enrichment, marketing content and amplification activities

Manage Online presence

  • Manage the different platforms that exist in the Lyreco digital ecosystem (website CMS, Social Media Accounts, etc.) to improve the usability, design and conversion.
  • Responsible of Database management (cleaning and growth) and craft an integrated contact plan to retain our customers and generate more revenue. Manage Eloqua Emailing tool
  • Implement a strong analytical approach to monitor, measure, and track campaign performance and ROI. Incl. promotions and paid activities. Provide monthly marketing report detailing trends analysis and actionable recommendations for improvement and growth

Advocacy

  • Be the GO TO person for all different departments (sales, customer service, product marketing, etc.) and become an advocate of customer marketing (educate, train and suggest)
