Job Description

Main Scope & Responsibilities

• To arrange and provide effective delivery route planning to the driver and ensure the route planning maximize the drivers time on road
• Lead the internal delivery team to provide the best overall delivery services to our customer
• To work closely with sales and service team in arranging collection of customer goods return efficiently
• To ensure company vehicles always being maintained at the ready to work state
• To operate within Company guidelines and achieve specified productivity and Quality standards and ensure drivers team is following the guideline as well
• To train and coach delivery team to provide good customer service attitude during delivery.
• To produce effective delivery team work schedule and manage delivery team attendance related matters
• To calculate and submit OT timesheet to the manager for all the team OT
• Any ad hoc tasks assign from time to time

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English. Mandarin is added advantage
• Well verse of Singapore geographical areas and route situation
• Good map reading ability, able to use digital apps / GPS
• Valid Singapore class 3 license
• Minimum 3years driving experience in doing
• multi-colli deliveries Or experience with carrier companies
• Minimum 2years team lead role in domestic transport planning and operation role
• Strong operational hands-on function to handle daily delivery situation
• Posses strong self-discipline and firm in managing employee issue
• Posses organize and structure approach to lead the team size of 30 delivery drivers
• Only candidate eligible to work in Singapore will be consider
• Salary range offer SGD 3,000 - SGD3,500
