For our Finance  Department we are looking for an Iberia Finance Director

As Iberia an Iberia Finance Director you will be responsible for design, manage, monitor and assess the organizational strategic plan to Iberia and coordinate the total operations of the company, in order to achieve the objectives agreed with the group.

Main Responsibilities:

Common part for members of the SMT:

• Formulate and deploy the vision and strategy of the organization on his area and implement tactical and operational plans in short and long period of time to achieve maximum competitive advantage in the market.
• Lead a work team, creating the conditions to develop full potential and reach high levels of performance at the individual and group level.
• Plan, organize, monitor and evaluate their area and team activity, seeking to maximize economic, material and technological resources to achieve Lyreco's objectives.
• Make decisions based on the internal and external context analysis, identifying all the alternatives and taking calculated risks to resolve and act as quickly and effectively as possible, without forgetting to contemplate any involvement in other departments.
• Represent the organization internally and externally, create a network of contacts and build alliances with the different partners to achieve maximum levels of effectiveness.
• Start and promote changes and new projects to improve the positioning of the organization and generate new business opportunities.
• Promote an innovative and creative environment where people can create, learn and apply models, systems, techniques and tools to maximize the competitive advantage of the organization.
• Guarantee the Quality, Environment and Safe and Safety policies implementation of in their equipment as well as the maintenance of official certifications.
• Contribute to develop key projects of the organization, from the reflection and exchange of opinions with other colleagues.
• Analyse, develop and implement, with the other departments of Lyreco Iberia, the improvements in internal processes, procedures and circuits to achieve maximum efficiency.

2. Specific part of the position

• Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future.
• Encourage and monitor the preparation and implementation of annual management plans for all the departments to ensure the business results.
• Promote the budget and investment plan are established and implemented, agreed with board of directors and group, to ensure the positive performance of the business.
• Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
• Responsible for preparing financial report for effective management & clearly showing operational effectiveness by his efforts, in order to redirect the business when necessary.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have: ​

• University education complemented to MBA or Training Program in General Management.
• Continuing training in business management, strategy and human resources
• Languages: Spansh and English level is mandatory. High level Frech will be a plus.
• Advanced level of Office (especially Power Point and Excel).
• More than 5 years of experience as Managing Director in a Commercial and International Company, B2B. Used to drive the business in a changing context achieving excellent results.
• Experience leading and facilitating digital transformation and encouraging business grown.
• Availability to travel through the Iberian territory frequently, and attend to international meetings.
