Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (min 3 days in the office)

Due to internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for a Non-Catalogue Executive to join our Products & Service team.  For this role you will be reporting into the Head of Non-Catalogue, covering workstreams from multiple departments and undertaking general-purpose administration for our non-catalogue proposition.

As a Non-Catalogue Executive your responsibilities are:

  • To help manage the SAP system for the Product & Services team and be responsible for Non-Catalogue maintenance.
  • Answer queries from across all stakeholders within the business relating to Non-Catalogue.
  • To be a key stakeholder in the relationship with Goods In & Logistics, answering any queries in a timely manner.
  • Be a gatekeeper for inbound communication with the department, namely from our Customer Services, Product Category teams, Sales & Logistics teams.
  • Working closely with the Head of Non-Catalogue to both understand, and drive system and process improvement which simplifies our current ‘ways of working’.

The ideal Non-Catalogue Executive will:

  • Have the ability to build & maintain strong Group & Local internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Be organised and be able to multitask to hit daily deadlines.
  • Be highly organised with an attention to detail and ability to handle a fast-paced workload
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and customer rapport skills in order to deliver the best customer service experience.
