Job Highlights
• Reporting directly to Finance Director, with the dotted line to the Managing Director, this role works closely with both local and overseas operations.
• Ownership of the production of financial estimates, operating plans / forecasts and budgeting.
• Partnering with the Thailand Senior Management team to develop and execute on the business strategy, focusing on growth, cash management and profitability.
• Responsible for leading management monthly meeting which explains and analyze the Key Performance Indicators for both local company management and Head Office
• Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to the Thailand Senior Management team improve processes and outcomes.
• Participates in local and international projects when finance expertise is required.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Timely preparation of management reports and Key Performance Indicators for local management and Group Finance.
  • Management of the budget, 5 years plan process and other strategic plans
  • Support management in developing the business strategy and meeting in the company goals and objectives.
  • Provides financial training as required (budget preparation, cost allocation etc.)
  • Optimize the collaboration and flow of information amongst departments in the company.
  • Complete the Group Business Audit on policies and procedures and other ad-hoc internal reviews.
  • Identify improvement opportunities throughout the business, follow up on action plans and risk areas
  • Adhere to environmental, quality, health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Assess lead and follow up on Group, finance and cross department projects as requested.
  • Assessment and monitoring of Capital expenditure
  • Perform the Treasury function, payments, and cash flow, where applicable.
  • Management of the department of each team member’s competencies to optimize their evolution in their function/career.
  • Recruitment and selection (in collaboration with Recruitment Department)
  • Ensure the compliance of the business with the Group operating sand finance controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure the transparency and reliability of the figures for the business to take the appropriate decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

•           University degree (Finance) with relevant Finance experience, including budgeting and reporting.

•           Sound knowledge of accounting and auditing - Big 4 experience is preferrable.

•           Able to communicate clearly and concisely, in both Thai and English

•           Able to work with Senior Management local and international

•           Ambitious, motivated, and enthusiastic with a genuine desire to excel in their Finance career

•           Power BI & SAP knowledge is a plus
