Reporting into the Learning and Development Manager, you’ll work closely with our business partners to create best in class digital learning experiences that are effective and engaging, using your digital expertise to support and complement our subject matter expertise. Using your behavioural and soft skills learning methods and frameworks you will provide a full range of blended learning initiatives with the learner at the heart of the design, build and implementation.
You’ll have experience and knowledge of integrating your learning onto an LMS and the use of eLearning authoring software such as Articulate Storyline and Powtoon.
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of creating and designing a range of learning and creative digital solutions, ideally within a large sales organisation, with experience of blended and automated learning solutions, exceptional knowledge of learning and development methodologies and modern learning concepts.
You will be able to evidence strong written and visual design skills with proven experience of managing virtual projects, and you will possess outstanding communication skills enabling you to extract the needs of your business partner/subject matter expert and produce a solution at speed.
Essential Technical Skills;
- Varied graphic design to enhance online learning modules
- Converting internal content into workable and effective digital learning solutions
- Competent in using Articulate 360
- Able to develop creative resources to complement eLearning, such as interactive & static PDFs and infographics
