Product Content Executive

We are looking for a Product Content Enrichment Executive to join our growing Product Marketing team. This is an ideal role for an individual who is looking for an exciting and challenging role with an international company, with the opportunity to develop their career quickly.

Reporting to the Marketing Communication & E-Shop Manager, you will be involved in our daily activities related to the creation of exciting and engaging internal and external communication materials. Strong design skills and creativity will be essential for this role.  


Primary Responsibilities:

  • This role supports our objective to provide the best possible online customer experience on our e-shop.
  • Collaborating with suppliers, Buyers and Product Merchandisers by using your own creativity and initiative to create, develop, enrich, and maintain the best possible product content on the e-commerce site that we sell within the defined categories
  • This involves continuously enriching the product content on our online channels in response to customer and user feedback on what they find useful and what they tell us they want more of.
  • Maintaining all digital product content (images, videos, documents, etc.) via a Master Data Product Management System.
  • Working in alignment with the Customer Marketing Team to improve SEO rankings for the Product Content.
  • Working in alignment with the Customer Marketing Team and Learning and Development Team to transfer product information onto the e-learning platform
     

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support internal and external marketing communication activities.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in related fields
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in Product Marketing / E-commerce
  • Be able to filter information and create impactful but easy to understand information
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Have recent experience optimizing product content or using a MDMS such as STEP Stibo to achieve business goals is a plus
  • Good command of both English and Thai languages
