Supply Planner

The main task is to deliver excellent customer service and maintain enough inventory to meet the demands without overstocking. In this role it is required to act independently and with due diligence.

Main Accountabilities


As a Supply Planner, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your role demands independent decision-making and meticulous attention to detail.

You will collaborate closely with international suppliers, monitoring the delivery of goods to Sweden and Norway. Examining order proposals, stock status, and demand needs alongside contracted conditions, you will strategically place purchase orders. Utilizing APS/ERP systems and Excel sheets, you'll diligently monitor product data, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures when necessary.

Your toolkit will include a variety of tools such as Planning System Tool, ERP system, and Excel reports, facilitating your daily tasks. Additionally, you'll benefit from the support of an experienced team based in Gdansk, providing valuable training and guidance along the way.

Technical skills

  • Fluent business English (written and spoken)
  • Swedish or Norwegian both written and spoken is an asset
  • Computer literate - solid mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
