Job Description

Role summary:

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving increase in sales revenues by the identification of revenue growth opportunities and revenue risks within a portfolio of assigned Nespresso Professional regional customers to achieve set targets.

Targeting primarily with the growth, renewal and retention of the revenue within their assigned portfolio by managing the ongoing relationships and liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams.

The ISE will work within a defined sales territory that closely aligns with Field based teams territory and is expected to work closely with the field team on growth and retention strategies within that territory

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Manage existing client relationships within the assigned portfolio by making and taking client communications, either by phone or email, to facilitate client care appointments, maximise growth potential and reduce revenue losses in the assigned customer base in line with company expectations. Actively source referrals for the field based team from existing and new customers linked to the MGM scheme.
  • Works closely with immediate local and inside sales colleagues, sales and marketing leadership teams, as well as regional Operations, Client Services, IT, and other team members to enhance the service offering available to their portfolio of customers
  • Effectively manage pipelines, report activity, track sales, send contracts to clients, book appointments and communicate both internally and externally in a professional manner. Complete any administrative work, teleprospecting campaigns and relevant project work delegated by the Sales Manager.
  • 4) Investigate, analyse, and resolve customer satisfaction complaints and service issues from assigned accounts and manage the cancellation applications and log in accordance with company processes and policies
  • 6) Carry out market research and maintain knowledgeable about various markets in the defined territory, including awareness of competitor activity and new businesses sharing with your team members and sales leadership teams as appropriate this includes researching any other locations for new/existing customers to build prospect pipeline.

  • A good understanding of all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge of the territory would be an advantage.

  • Proven track record of winning/developing customer accounts in a business to business environment.
  • Ability to sell and negotiate at all levels within a company hierarchy.
  • Experience in time management, ensuring all KPIs are hit.
  • Highly organised approach to workload, with a motivated and ambitious attitude.
